My movie for today is spiderman 2. My mum got the DVD for her birthday. I'm thinking of giving 2 hours of my busy life for it. Is it worth it?

the scorging scene was pretty brutal, and when I say 'pretty' i don't mean it. it was plain brutal, if you're watching it you want to shout 'stop!'. i finished the movie feeling exhausted, I think it was a great accomplishment and personification of pain and sacrifice. It definetely will be remembered in history.

As much as I thought The Passion of the Christ was a powerful movie, there are a lot of critics that go out their way to say there's unncessary violence. I think it depicts the suffering of Jesus in an accurate portrayal, though I'm not sure if the point of the movie is just to showcase his suffering rather than his love.

Mediore movie in my opinion. Just like every other Jennifer Aniston movie. It would have been better if it had more of Stiller's wackiness.

Watched Crash. A wonderfull movie, although I find similar Magnolia more satisfying/touching, but it's all matter of different tastes.

I found Magnolia to be really, really weird. Magnolia was a good movie, and Tom Cruise did act very well, but I dunno, it still felt something was missing when the ending came around.

I bought two movie posters today, I got one of the Godfather & one of Scarface.

I can go get one tomorrow for €1, I'm just not too certain which one I want. I'm torn between the Batman Begins one (which looked really really really cool) and the Usual Suspects one, Usual Suspects is a kickass movie, but Begins just looked so fucking amazing.

Here's the ones I saw:

Batman Begins:

The Usual Suspects:

These are the ones I've got:

Scarface:

My personal favorite, The Godfather:

The more I see it, the more I like the Batman one.

Was the Scarface one with Pacino and his "little friend"?

I'd probably get the Batman poster, but I found The Usual Suspects to be a better movie. It's all up to you :)

hell yeh little friend is from scarface

i have a scarface poster

http://www.movieposter4sale.com/catalog ... id=1400169

that is the scarface poster i have in my 'office'. only thing thats missing is the cocaine

i prefer the movie posters that have a still from frame/important shot from the movie as opposed to 'movie/advertisement' posters.

any movie poster with reference to GFiii i wouldn't get

No, no Nick, I think Cyanide knows that Scarface is the movie with the referance of "his little friend". But when he had posted the question, I hadn't put up the pictures yet. So basically Cyanide was asking if the poster I bought, was the shot of Al Pacino and "his little friend".

I actually prefer the advertisement shots, I was looking for the black & white Scarface one, but this is the only one they had, so I leaped on to this one.

What is GFiii?

I'm still not certain which poster I should get tomorrow. I'm leaning towards the Batman one, but I saw the poster of the third part of The Godfather, where he's sitting on a chair, legs crossed, hand to his face & the slogan reads "Real power can't be given, it has to be taken."

That one also would look amazing framed. But that'd probably be Al Pacino/Godfather overkill, no?
