Seen 300, pretty-darn-bloody educational. I love the closing scene where Leonidas stands up after being pierced by arrows, then the sky was covered with another flock of arrows heading towards his already fallen comrades. A bloody mess, I like the slow motions. (Y)

Just "re-seen" Spiderman 2 on DVD. Then after a few minutes, I learned that there's a "Spiderman 2.1" DVD that has extended cuts, deleted scenes and this.

And yeah, there were numerous times that Kirsten Dunst's undies were seen (must press "Pause" on the DVD remote quickly  ).

Can't wait for the third Spiderman movie. (Y)

I've really gotten into Asian movies lately. The past few days I've watched Twilight Samurai, When the Last Sword is Drawn, Zatouchi, Memories of Murder and finally Kurosawa's Seven Samurai. All wonderful movies. (y)

Does anyone have any suggestions for more movies of this kind?

Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Ok, I admit I've seen this show like twice ever; but my buddy loves it and convinced me to go see it last night. I was pretty unfamiliar with all the characters, but I had some real hard laughs watching it, and it was nice to get out to the theater and just be entertained without having to think in the slightest. Pretty sad, right? :-b Anyway, my buddy who's a fan of the show loved the movie to the max, and me who when the movie title was read to me, had no idea what the heck it was, both enjoyed it. It's completely stupid, has no real plot line, but the jokes are funny, and it's light-hearted in an adult kind of way.

Btw, ill be posting in here alot more these days, as since about a month ago ive decided im going to go watch a movie every thursday (the day the new ones come each week), last week was Disturbia, this week Sunshine, so yeah.. go movies! (Y)

Watched Little Children and The Fountain. Little Children was alright, nothing amazing, time pass.

The Fountain, man that was a trip. The way it's shot, the acting from both Weis and Jackman but especially Jackman.

What I also liked was the soundtrack used in the movie. The guy that made The Fountain is the same guy that made Requiem For A Dream, and I love that soundtrack. This one was appealing too, not the standard of RFAD, but still.

If you guys want to watch a nice movie that isn't explosion here, explosion there, filled with three "diverse" sets and a very good storyline, I suggest The Fountain is for you.

I saw The Fountain in the theater. Was just too much of a trip for me. When I got out, I was like, 'WTF just happened?' but I was generally entertained. I think I need to see it again...

Saw this the other night and absolutely despised the show previously. However this was so stupid and so hilarious and so incoherent....it was priceless..

I watched Shaun of the Dead last weekend. It was pretty damn funny while not being an in-your face, shock humor type of movie.

Depends on what you're in the mood for? Drama? Comedy? Mindnumbing toilet jokes?

I feel like watching comedy , I don't want to see something serious at this time. I hear Blades of Glory is real good...

For me, it'd be between Blades, I think I love my Wife and Wild Hogs.

I'd rather watch Chris Rock because I like him more than the Blades of Glory guy. Wild Hogs looks funny, but DVD-esque funny. Norbit is too much Eddie, DVD for me.

Because I Said So is a chickflick comedy. Steer clear.

So, Blades or Wife. White humor or black humor. You choose.

"Next" is one of the worse movies I've seen in a long while. Nicholas Cage disappoints back to back in Ghost Rider and this. Julianne Moore comes off as a total stiff. The lines are so corny. Jessica Biel is the only saving grace. Not much scope to display histronics, but who are we kidding? That bottom more than makes up for it.

The story is weak, predictable and nothing new. The "special effects" are just that. Special. As in "the special olympics" special. I haven't seen something that fake since I saw Pamela Anderson's tits.

Total waste of my money. If I had paid for it. Thank God I didn't.

I saw that from a mile away just by watching previews. I don't like Cage. I think his acting is weak and something about him just annoys me.

Saw the trailer of "The Bourne Ultimatum" on Yahoo Movies. I'm quite certain I creamed myself a little bit.

I love Bourne.
