Incubus is nice, I really prefer their older stuff.....heavy and more out there....but their a good band too althought Brandon Boyd is putting some terrible hairdos of late.

Yeah, me too. Incubus - Science is one truly awesome album... so many ideas in their music. Love it. It's one of those albums where you like every song. (i like them all on science except for maigc medicine)

I'm the drummer of my band... Although i play guitar too... started learning both since i was about 11... i'm 17 now... been on and off since then. It's wierd though because i can play guitar better than our guitarist.

Ah well, a band's doin pretty good at the moment... been getting gigs at parties and stuff. Recorded a demo CD with 4 songs on it (the guy who produced it did a shit job though. )

The kind of music we play is rock... our originals are kind of soft... mainly because our guitarist likes oldies music. i'd like to go a bit more outragous, heavy and energetic though.

When we're not playing originals... we mostly play Incubus. Lol. we're like the official Incubus cover band. Everyone in the band loves em.

We'll were the new wave shit but try mix it up now and then....so we have some stuff that resembles The Deftones, some stuff like Nirvana(no where as good) and also we got soft like Coldplay and DMB.

Our drummer(Steve) is so talented but hes into all these nutty kill kill kill shit .....we have a mixer/keys(Dinushke) player that adds some beats and variation...lead is Nuvith and Bass is Erajitha and Im the Kurt Cobain/Chino Moreno of the band....or well more like the Nick Carter/Justin Timberlake ......

anyway we in the process of makin r second studio album.....it was scheduled for Feb but it'll get delayed to like May...only wrote 3 songs for it so far and we wanna compile 12 more.

And for all of those gangsta's who think the best way to pick up women is to say "damn" about 50 times and stroke your chin, this is how it's done... white Finnish style...

hell yeah.....and another im tired of is how rap fans say Rock music is all abt KILL KILL KILL....strange though because most rap lyrics encourage gang banging and gun use but yet their considered more positive than what most rock musicians say in their songs(which is not abt killin ppl).

The Contraband album wasn't the best of the year, but it was really good for a new group. Which is what they are, just what the industry needed to save us from crappy punk/rock which is so popular now.

I expected that you heard ot these 2 bands because they are american bands but the other ones are non-american bands. Maybe Die Toten Hosen (translated: The Dead Pants ) are well-known outside of Germany, especially in South-America but Wizo and Dritte Wahl (3rd choice) are not well-known, even in Germany, it's dirty punk

I actually really like Sum41. They've never claimed to be something they're not, and they just make cool music... unlike Good Charlotte who try way too hard to come up with teen angst shit that no one wants to hear anymore.

yup.....that lead is Open Your Eyes is pretty nice...
I think Tremonti may not wanna admit it but he too got fed up of Scott's non-stop "Lets be Angels" behaviour. I mean theirs a limit to everything....and the way Scott went was way too far.......I bet one more year and he'll try to look like Christ himself.

btw good to see the old Creed bassist back, hes way better than the new dude Creed got.

I downloaded Kid Rock's performance at Woodstock of the old Creedence song "Fortunate Son". It's fuckin' brilliant, Kid Rock can actually sing.. like really sing, it's surprising

As far as Creed goes, what happened to them after Human Clay? I know they've just released a Greatest Hits album, but wouldn't that just be Human Clay in different packaging?
