[HELP]What is "box out " and "crash board&quo

They are in the Team Stratagy menu.
What's their function?

Box Out - slam yer ass against yer opponent so he can't get near the rock when it comes off the rim & kill you with an offensive board & putbak!

Crash Boards - kinda similar to box out but usually means a team thing...so every guy on your team hits the glass hard whenever the rock is up for grabs - at both end of the floor...offense & defense.

Thank you guys. The reason is I am a chinese. Although I love nba very much. these basketball words is really hard to understand for me.

So, normally I should make these two option "ON" in multiplayer to increase our rebounds, right? :)

If u crash the boards on every shot and the cpu gets the rebound your screwed on the fast breaks. i leave mine on auto

Better if you leave it auto. That way the computer decides when is the best time to go for the rebound. If you find that your opponents are always getting fast breaks, turn it off.
