About Shaq

Shaquille O'Neal is a big fella. No one can defend him properly.
But he never shot as high FG% as Yao.

Have you played with a guy who is 4 inches taller than u and he can shoot? HAVE YOU? Tell me! If you are a center and your opponent is taller than you by 4 inches, tell me what do you feel.

Tim Duncan????? Recently he got bad numbers... Why? Tim? I really dunno.

Garnett????? 230 lbs only? em... but he got decent number on 1 night like a monster. WOW.

are you sick? Yao is good, but he won't be better than shaq because no one would be as dominant as shaq. Yao's confidence is very high right now, he's on a streak right now, but that streak will soon stopped, nobody's perfect you know. Eventhough shaq's shorter than him but shaq's more powerful and mobile than him, and he know's all the tricks. Yao cant defend shaq, and shaq will have a hard time defeding yao especially if yao keeps on shooting jumpers, but yao will be in foul trouble early in the game, the best thing that Coach Rudy can do is to assign other defender on shaq, he should keep yao away from shaq especially on the defensive end. But i'm very excited on their match up. Yao right now is just to thin and weaker than shaq, but who knows, he may bulked up after 2-3yrs. And have better chances on posting good numbers against Shaq.

I think this guy is Chinese and is trying to fluff up Ming.

BTW I'm not racist or have any hate for Asians but anyone who thinks Ming is really great is stupid because until he bulks up he could get thrown around by most strong centers. Also most teams will focus on Francis and Mobley and let Ming do what he wants so as long as those 2 are stopped the Rockets lose and Ming is free to get good numbers.

i think we are forgetting about the "shawn bradley factor"
...
he may be talented but what is talent if you dont play?
I'd to see his resilience against injury after a couple years....

as for him being better than shaq? Opinions, just plain old optimistic Super Yao opinions.. i dont argue with those anymore.... but lets give him a month before we add him to the hall of fame.

Shaq is a great player without a doubt, but you have to give YAo credit. Yao is 3 or 4 inches taller than shaq at 296 lb. If i was that big, I would have so much trouble playing basketball. The only advantage I would have is dunking over people. :D

Ming had 4 points last night, see he's inconsistant and not agressive. That just is not good for a guy 7'5. And if he wants to be taken seriously he has to knock someone on their ass a few times in the game to prove the doubters he's tough and not just a tall pole.

You dont have to knock people on there ass to be "good". If he wants to be taken seriously all he has to do is WIN a game for them, knock down some big clutch shots...then people will really take notice. He's not really a "center" by our standards anyway he's just another giant small foward that europe seems to be full of, Pau Gasol, Dirk Nowitski, Hell even Peja is like 6' 9". Compare'n him to Shaq is kinda silly the only simalarities are they play the same position. No way Yao can stop Shaq....but at the same time Shaq is NOT goin out to the 3 point line to gaurd Yao sooo.....

Im not saying you have to knock someone on their ass to be good I'm saying if he wants to gaing respect for his game and himself he has to show his toughness or stop being really inconcistent.

She's representing the Korean World Cup Soccer team. You wouldn't know it with the "Fighting" reference. Mmm... Cheerleaders...

Well i think if he shows he's clutch it dosent matter how tough he is....look at Dirk Nowitzski....he's as soft as they get but he wins games with clutch shooting....toughness is great...but not everything

He's a CENTER, the supposed central point of a tough D. If he doesn't show start playing physically other teams will be rushing to the lane like its Christmas.

Ming is just a rookie... cool off everybody please!
NObody knows how good or bad he would be... Ming would take that decision. Plus he has language problems and living in another country cultures, etc and adapting to the nba life....-----this takes time....
Garnet, kobe, T-Mac....it took them a couple of seasons to succeded.

Hey that korean shit is HOT! what a fine girl....
that's why you can't fall in love with only 1 girl, coz they're so many...

Thanks.

Not quite a cheerleader. She was just a regular fan of the Korean WC soccer team. She looked SOO good that people wanted take pictures. The pictures spread, and now she got a record deal... she had vocal talent. :D
