Are any of the bugs from the PS2 version fixed in the PC ver

I know that alot of people will be getting the Pc version in the next few days. I would like to know if they have fixed any of the following bugs in the PC version of the game.

1) They cpu team not fouling late in a close game.

2) charging bugs:

Attempt to take a charge and not getting the call sometimes results in the ball just bouncing from the floor into the basket for the opposing team.
Hitting the charge button and then the switch defender button will result in the first man staying in the charge postion for up to 10 secs.

3) This one has been around since at least 2000. Once in awhile a foul will be called on a team and the same team will be shooting free throws as a result of the foul.

These are just a few of the bugs that I have notice, I am sure there are more but they just don't stick out as much as these do, right now.

One huge bug in the pc version is when your at the half time menu and you press the esc key then resume the game you completely skip the 3rd period. I played a few more time before I figured it out.
