NBA live closes everytime i click LOAD/SAVE....

It wasn't with 2003, I believe it was with the 2004 game; but I had a similar problem. I goofed up when editing one of the roster files, and clicking 'load' made everything crash.
I might try deleting your save folders first, but most likely a reinstallation, as pdub said, is the best option.
