low texture files... why EA, why?
i really lost my appetite for patching... no detail, no appeal for me really...

I got mine to work, My First two (Ray Allen & Keith Van Horn) can be seen in the Announcements sections.
To me it is a lot easier and less time consuming then was in 2001.

good work, are you gonna try to add some shoes next time?
Damn, I hope Brien's done with the EA Graph already! I can't wait to mess with the graphics.

th-x im on your side. Small textures take away too much detail. If you make a good looking bhed in the game detail is taken away. I guess patchers wont have to work as hard.

I was disappointed to see that too...I liked working on the large graphics files. On a positive note...at least the jerseys are still 512 x 512 pixels in size.

but now the numbers on jerseys will be a bigger pain in the butt to edit... every single number iin one file... it was way easier in 2001... all numbers in one image... *sigh* why make things harder?
face patching this year will not be easy, believe me... with this eye bug they created with the headshapes aswell, along with the low detail (which is actually a plus for those who aren't good at editing graphics)... seriously, with all the development of graphic cards, why reduce the size of textures?
atleast the patches will be smaller in size i guess...

Just to let people know: I am working on an "everything" update, rosters, jerseys, courts, shoes, and more. this process will take a long time, but hopefully it'll be done soon.
