12x speed CD-ROM

12x speed CD-ROM

NBA Live 2003 requires a 12x speed CD-ROM. My CDROM is a "LiteOn LTN403". I am not aware of what speed this CD-ROM is. How can i find this out? I am experiencing choppiness in my game and i am absolutely certain i have covered every requirement for this game apart from CD-ROM speed.
