Change Teams in Franchise Mode?

The manual says if the Change Teams option is set to yes, then I can change teams midseason in franchise mode. The problem is that I have no idea how. Anyone do this? This is important for me.

i think they removed that option from the actual game. It may be printed on the manual but it is not in the game.

can anyone confirm?

That SUCKS! How could they put that in the manual, have the option in the game and then not follow through like that. Damn, Damn, Damn!

Can anyone solve this stupidity?
