Where can I get an updated Roster without Tweaks?

I want to tweak the Roster for myself, because I have found the perfect tweak for my own "Style Of Play"

The link is on the right, November 14th updated. I had great success with your tweaks, so I'd love to get them with an updated roster.

By the way, could you possibly make some changes to it. Like try to balance out the rebounds a little more so the Human
doesn't destroy the CPU on Offensive Boards most notably. Plus, steals are high, and you could strengthen the dribble rating
so that stupid steals don't occur, also anyhting else you think can be done. If you don't want to do it for everyone, maybe just for me,
haha, that would be great if you could, but whatever you wanna do.
