Where are the ditties?

What folder? I just glanced through the audio folder but i didn't see any ditties. I hope we can edit/replace them--i know we can replace the other songs . :cry:

well i think the dittys are there but they are under a new format. at least with fifa 2003 the dittys are named S01.STR , S02.STR .... and all of them can be read with ditty importer.

so maybe we will be ok with in game sounds im hoping. heh

It would be great if we can, but the music is just fine. The only thing that I care about is the gameplay. When I play NBA live, I rush into a match quickly, and music is quite hard to notice.

i was mainly concern about the music in the game, they are called "ditties" not the menu music.

the ditties to me are important, it really sets the mood throughout the game having some real ingame music mixed in with with some of my favorite songs.

Say, cocobee? You into editing ditties and stuff? We should team up and make one whopper of a music patch for NBA Live 2003 :wink:

I made a ditties patch for Live 2000 last Spring (yes, I was still playing live 2000 over live 2001 :lol:

)

The patch I made consisted of music that I've actually heard in real NBA games (I have NBA league pass)--

Nick, that sounds good--got some organ music like in Madison Square Garden the other day--I edit the music and just put the correct parts of the songs in the game

CoCoBee, can you provide me with some more info on ditties? I too loved Live 2000 but was unaware that you could modify the in-game music. While I not shocked that it can be done, I rather curious on how to do it more generally, and how to do it in Nba live 2k3 more specifically.

Dr.P,
in a nutshell download the dittie importer, choose the song and tranfer it and rename it to the approiate file. Although I go a little more indepth, like editing the songs and whatnot.

Live 2003 is a little tricky, hopefully we will get some new info on this matter soon--either by Andrew or someone who stumbles on them.

Anyone figure anything out yet--I can't find the ditties to save my life--but I have noticed that they don't play that many ditties in the game like the past live's--I ask because it seems that more people have the game now :roll:

Coco, yeah i remember it, its still in my favorites thats why? You had some useful stuff on there, not to mention the retro jerseys. I hope you figure out the ditties, i love different in-game music.
