HELP WITH THE OFFICIAL PATCH

can you please give a detailed directions on how to download the official patch from setting your internet explorer settings to low to downloading the patch. I tried to enable all activex contents but after i recieved the thumbs up in the site the patch still wont work. by the way my os is winME. Thanks
