BTW--it's not a bad game, it's by far the best in the series.You'll see, after a couple of weeks when these patchmakers and roster makers get a hold of this game--it'll be a different story.

You make some good points... This game is fun i have played NBA Live since Live 95 with the Rockets and Knicks on the front for Super Nintendo, because of my obsession I have played and owned every version since... This is a great game graphically and such.
Maybe those caomplaining don't remember the magic the community makes when dropping down patches and add-ons, or maybe they have never used the updates, but this game will be awesome and is awesome.
Just switch to arcade and turn on the rules and BLAM a great game... Now we just need EA Graphics Editor for 2003

For all the people who are wondering why the game is so hard, it's not because the AI is so good, no WHEN YOU ARE UP IN THE FOURTH, THE CPU JUST KEEPS HITTING EVERY IMPOSSIBLE SHOT !

I really enjoy the freestyle control and this is the only thing which can keep me playing 2003. Other things just suck.. I hope they just implement freestyle and graphic into 2000, keep all the feature and gameplay that 2000 has, and then call it 2003...
