Lower Speed Ratings With Updated Rosters

Hey, if anyone was planning on updating the rosters (i.e. inserting Yao Ming, Kareem Rush, making the necessary trades, etc.) and planned on lowering the speed ratings of each player by ten, would you please shoot the roster patch my way? Thanks a lot!

yea i would like to make a request for whoever patches this game not to decrease the speed ratings, this would only make the game way to damn easy.

but i edited the speed, down by 5 for every1
