Signing players points system

I've a problem with the points system for signing players. Which file is it that controls that aspect, because instead of being in the millions, a free agent like brent barry needs only 10,000 points to sign, and I only have 24 million points. Thanks... I've copied salaries.ini to felogic.

If the salary.ini file has been copied, all players should require the correct amount of points to be re-signed depending on their overall ratings. If the salary.ini file wasn't updated before you started a Dynasty, problems will occur.

Is there anyway I can do to salvage my dynasty? I dont wish to start again!
