Problems w/ EA Graphics Editor

I have a problem downloading the EA Graphics Editor. I don't know why it's downloading. But I already have an account with FilePlanet, but when I click to d/l, nothing comes up on the pop-up window.

If anyone has any time on their hands, can they please send it to my email?
