Birdman BMP only :(

i blended birdman's cyberface...i know it looks crappy....but all i wanna know is like how do i make it a .viv file...
the tutorial at nbaliveturkey.tk doesnt explain well enuff for moron's like me

i have the bmp....i tried using EA graphics editor too...but i dunno nothing seems to work

shouts for help here

i wanna know how to export this cyberface so i can use it in the game...
