How to make a copy of NBA LIVE 03 PC?

I check with http://www.gamecopyworld.com and no sign of NBA Live 2003 PC crack no cd yet. Anyway, i would like to know how to make a back up of this protected game by using clonecd version 4 or CDRWIN. I am not trying to make illegal copy here, i just want to save my original disc in the 100% condition. I probably have the game tomorrow or friday. WHAT?

No discussion about the copying or distribution of any game is allowed on the board.
