cyberface issue

this happens when I use TRU11. when i load the rosters, the cyberface of john wall becomes all black. however when i load another set of rosters, john wall's face is okay. But I want to use TRU11's rosters since it's more updated. How can I fix this problem?

one roster properly looks for the cyberface while the other doesnt

open the working roster and find John Wall, look for his "PLAYERPKG"

then open the TRU roster and find John Wall, replace the PLAYERPKG in that roster with the one you found in the working roster. save and be happy.
