the skin tone looks to bright... but I don't know much about patching so...

Well, the player of your first preview is very difficult to patch IMO, so you will find it very hard to manage it. Sorry, but it doesn't look like him,
But the second one is nearly as good as always, try a lil bit to mess around with some colours.

well, about the first one, i guess you're right.
i spent only 20 min. on this one. beside, it was very hard to find a good headshape...

Looks good but you should get a different headshape for Arvydas, try Brent Barry's headshape ( it the best I can think of). Other than that it looks great.

wow, much better, great work

i liked the first preview from macij.... better, because his head is pretty wide and the first headshape was better in my eyes. it doesn't look anymore a lot like him, sorry
but siskauskas looks very cool
