Hello I've been playing Live 2003 for ps2 but never on pc I just got it and I want to know all of the tools that I need so when I download jerseys,shoes cyberfaces etc. that it would show up on the game correctly and not all messed up thanks.

all you need to do is enable custom art (its probably in the readme.txt in the zip file) and get Winzip. then download a file and save it in your winzip file.
