Are you looking for better simulation result? Try out my roster patch! It gave a new definition to the develop stats and re-calculated all of them directly from latest 2002-03 Statistics. With the new patch, your talented young players will not score 6-7 point in 34-35 minutes playing time again!

In additional, i recommand to choose "Non-Tweak" in 4 different game save for franchise mode.
