How is it that when I get to the end of a season in franchise mode, I have many of the players refusing to sign. Yet, when the next season starts, these players have signed for a minimum salary 1 year contract.
How can I get to sign them for 1 year minimum contracts????
How do these other teams have salary caps that are -900,000. How can they do any player movements???

it's because they're the CPU, they can do whatever they want
