Are there roster patches that work well on franchise mode?

i've downloaded a LOT of roster patches lately and most of them produce great results in exhibition games? ive read some of the comments that the patch that worked well in exhibition games does not do the same in franchise mode. are there any patches out there that could work for both exhibiton and franchise modes?
