CPU Doesnt Auto Sub

I still havent figured out if its possible to keep auto sub on without having to do it manually but thats OK. My question is, when I turn out auto sub manually, my team seems to make substitutions, but the CPU doesnt. Am I missing something?

Make sure you switch to the CPU then turn on auto sub.
