CPU's Stealing sucks...

im just playing the player lock mode. when my teammate controls the ball, they just run everywhere and keep passing. sometimes they pass the ball across the field and the oppoent steals the ball easily. this causes alot of TOs(over 10 per qtr). ive already turned the stealing rating to the lowest(50 or a bit more) but it doesnt help. anyone have an idea? thx
