i have enabled my customart and downloaded gfzpak blotch and eapatch and the headband patch and even ran the .bat with gfxpak and when i go to the game still i dont see the nba headband patch more help is needed

Have you been in touch with the author of the patch? Perhaps you missed a step in the installation.
