help me nba2kstuff or someone re: Dynamic Dream Team patch

I'm running XP w/geforce3. The problem I'm having is when selecting one of the dream teams (in exhibition mode) the game crashes when it is loading. I've seached this forum high and low with no avail to solve the problem I'm having with this patch. I've even read refuze sticky on game play crashes. Although his sticky is some what confusing on which files needs to be reduced in size, I've tried before getting to this point.

could be a problem with the court..., try to download it again.
also, have you downlaoded a jersey patch that ads the allstar-jersey?, if so, try to go in to the game chose 'edit player' and go to one of the all-star team's and check if you can see the jersey

ahh...that maybe my problem because when I choose to edit a dream team player (magic johnson) nothing would happen. there was no image of him. Just his bio's was there. Is there a specific jersey patch I have to use?

you could remname the cort to fit another team that works to play with, and then try and see if it works.

but if the player won't show up in 'edit player' there should be a problem with the jersey. i had that problem with several jersey's, including Jowe's complete jersey pack (great patch by the way ), and it worked for me to just insert the files in to the .viv file.

i haven't tried the dteam patch in a while, but it sounds like something didn't get installed properly. there may have been an error during the install, and you may not have seen it as it scrolled off fast.

i can give you a small list of things to check to find the problem.
usually the crashes come from xoverlay file not being copied correctly, or some such other gfx file is not copied (usually this doesn't cause crash).

i have to study the patch again as don't recall all the file details atm. email me if you wish , and i will give you a list of files and folders to check if they are in the proper places.
