Screenshots Issue

Just wanted to know, has anyone had a problem where they take a screenshot and the colors look like their missing? I took some screenshots of my game and it turns out as though the colors are in 16-bit mode but is not. Anyone know how to solve this problem? My video card is an ATI Radeon 9000 PRO 128MB.
