i have a PC like that: 1.7gb pentium 4 with S3 savage4 32MB video card,on XP Windows..and NBALive2003..DOESN?T WORK:..
HELP ME PLZ!!!

try downloading directX 9b if u don't already have it
everything looks fine try installing game again it should work

It's also possible that your video card's chipset isn't supported by NBA Live 2003.
