The Official NCAA MOD thread

I have some Great news for anyone who has been working, waiting or just curious about the NCAA Mod for Live 2005.

UltraNIX from .org and 2004 patching contest winner, and most recently Euroleague 2005 Mod fame, has signed on and offered to lend his strong hand on this mod.

He will be working on any un-finished graphics and doing the installation.
UltraNIX is probably the most complete patcher on either board!
He will start on jersey #'s, portraits and the rest of the logos.

I started this thread not only to announce UltraNIX, but to be the official thread for the NCAA MOD; also to downsize and integrate all the important parts from the previous threads.
I posted several times in the last thread; with no reply from anyone, so I had to take the initiative so Enzolake, Cervantes, Ceekay and my work on the roster would not go to waste.
We also need to get more organized, so this can get finished!!!

Please if you have done work on this Mod, and feel you don't want to continue with it anymore, please send what you have done to me or Ceekay; so we can use it? We will credit your work! It also means less work for ULtraNIX.

This is great news, I've talked to UltraNIX on msn before and he is a great patcher.
What exactly is he gonna do with jersey numbers though?

I think he wants to do all the jerseys from scratch? Jersey, numbers and portraits?

We need to chat a little more, and get more organized. So nothing gets made two times, and toes don't get stepped on.

I'm not trying to rush anyone on the job....I appreciate it. But I was wondering if there was a timetable for this project, so when we know when to expect it. I'm patient, and would rather see a quality product than a hurried product.

I never really patched courts before except for my practice court patches, but if you'd like, I could give it a try on a few courts... Can't be that hard :wink:

Stadiums is what we need. Not too hard, just takes some researching and if you can find it, some video watching.

It's going. A little slow due to final exams by most who are working on it.

Also there has been a change to the teams included in the Mod.
West Virginia is in, and Mississippi St. is out.
This is due to the fact that we have a Jersey and Arena for West Virginia, but neither for Mississippi St. We apologize to any Mississippi St. fans :cry:
