trading draftpicks possible?

i´ve read a couple of times that guys that have played the game couldn´t get a trade involving draftpicks going. i wonder if it might be a bug. maybe it isn´t possible because the trade ai will always refuse to do. maybe that´s one of the reasons the pc version has been delayed. could someone of those guys who have the game try to come up with trade for draftpick transaction? try a lopsided one. try to give shaq for a 2nd rounder or sth.
