dont know if its just me but when i grabbed the TD's they wouldnt work until i switched them from 16bit to 8bit w/ photoshop. so i guess im just lettin steve know that this happened and to let others know they may have to do the same if they wanna use them in game

They work fine for me...
Btw, 24 bit is better. (Y)

Nice idea to remake the 2k4's. Their a realy good shoe and worn by a lot of players.
I don't see why you should remake them though. They look great ingame already...

hey there's a problem about the TD's.. when i opened them with photoshop, i dont understand what it is... how can you solve this prOb?.. its like a signed off channel..

Most patchers makes the shoes in higher res. 512x512 or sometimes 600x600.
It's just a matter of detail when you make it.
+ It's easier to make adjustments to the shoe if the shoe is in higher res.

It is possible to have them larger than 256x256 in the game (like 512x512).
But the detail wouldn't realy be noticeable better than on 256 than it would on 512.
Besides, the .fsh's would get like 15 times larger than what they are now.

I found out if i imported the large textures into the fsh's then they would look smugded, but if i resize them in PS first then they look great

Let me guess that you guys are using Photoshop 7 or lower.
Those versions can't handle 16bit images if I remember correctly.
I reduced the pics to 8bit.
You should be able to use them now.
