I was going to make him....... this is my boy from PC.....................But you have a real good start on him already.
Just a few things have to be fixed
1) The facial features need to be straight................... it looks like you put them on just as they are in the photo?
2) Blend the photo in better.
3) Ears out a little more
4) Cheeks smaller and headshape a little longer
5) Make his skintone the same color of his face.

yeah i will try to fix the skintone,cheeks and the face but
i don't know how to change the ears and the headshape
i will try to use another headshape for him

Just move the nose a little to the right or his left.................. and it looks like you already moved the mouth to the left? but if you didn't, just move that a notch to the left.............. so they are in-line.

Marcus Douthit looks really good! Release it!

For Sasha Vujacic I think you should blend a little more on the lower sides of his cheeks and sharpen the bhed a little more then release that too! Your patches are starting to look better and better! Good work
