Getting the PC version this week.

Bad news. I got this email yesterday night.

As noted, the PC version will be out in the beginning of November. The
date I've got is the 11th right now, subject to change.

Normally, the games should be in the hands of the community leaders 5-7
days before the game hits store shelves. That means around the 5th or
6th.

They aren't going to release it the same day as FIFA 2004, 4th. I'm sure that's the reason for delay.

Why am I not surprised? Well, EA did say that the release date was gonna be the 11th anyway. Hopefully they don't stick to the "subject to change" for the worse.

Damn, I doubt he got it b/c I know he'd give us a heads up if he did. Maybe EA didn't send him one or will be getting it when everybody else gets it. :?:

Hey guys, I know we are all looking forward to the PC game, Eddie should have his game by early Sat, which is the same time I expect to have it, hopefully we will have enough time to get some screens in, so people can see it and compare with the console versions.

I"m at work but I got the game today. I went home on my lunch break to play and I played Detroit vs. Philly. I played with the default settings.
It seems like they have sliders to adjust every part of the game including player collisions and injuries.

In one case B. Wallace made a realistic block against AI while he was driving to the hole. AI fell down.

Intentional fouls looked really realistic.
Block shots are realistic.
Fouls while attempting a dunk looked realistic.

I only played 1 half and then played a 1 on 1 game with Darko against KG.

I'll post more when I get home and play more.
