What exactly does EA Bio do?

They say it takes ur game to another level! What does that mean? Can someone please explain!

not quite.
It tracks how long you've been playing and rewards you for reaching a new level. You do that by certain accomplishments, wich it lists like 20 pt game, tripledouble etc. You may get nba store points as a reward. I think if you reach level 5 you get 1000. It tracks every ea sports title played so it is pretty much continuous.
