NEED HELP!!! NBA Live 2004 XBOX

I have NBA Live 2004 for XBOX. My question is how do you save the item you have unlocked from the NBA store?

Everytime I start my XBOX I end up with 0 credit and all the items I've unlocked from the past is locked once again.

Do you have a user profile... cuz thats what it saves it to

Hey all you need to do is save it in your settings menu before you
turn off ya system.
