Length of Contract?
Average Rating of Top 7 Players on the team?
Average Rating of the Top 3 Players on the team?
What is the average age of the top 7 player on the team?
Is there a Player on the team at the same position with a higher rating?
Did the team win a championship in the last 3 seasons?
Did the team make it to the Final in the last 3 seasons?
Did the team make the playoffs in the previous season?
Did the team have a winning record in the previous year?
Is the team in California, Texas, New York or, Florida?
Did the team have a Top 5 Draft Pick?
What style does the team play?
