Model for Air Jordan XIII?

I have a desire to add the Air Jordan XIII in place of one of the default shoes, and though I have found Andres Dahl's textures for the shoes, I haven't found a link for a model I can use. Does anyone have a model file lying around or have a working page I could go to? Thanks!
