I believe some folks are still playing NBA Live 2004, so by all means give it a shot if you feel so inclined.

LA Lakers 2012-2013 Court by TanyaMarkovA converted by myself for Live 2004 with his permission...

Here's what you need to know to use updates in NBA Live 2004:

The latter was written for NBA Live 2003, but still applies to NBA Live 2004. Just substitute NBA Live 2004 where you see NBA Live 2003.
