NBA LIVE 2004 SpeechID

Is it possible to create a new speech id so the announcer will say my created player's name instead of his number? Is there a tool that I can use to customize the speech id or add new ones?

Possibly this, though I can't guarantee it. Audy 06 definitely doesn't work with NBA Live 2004.
