er, does he mean to say through November 10,2006? it says 2004 so not sure, please clarify for me since i'm reinstalling my live 04

its updated through november 11, 06.
you need to first install the download above the last one. then install the last one as an addition to the first. just read the read me section in the download and it will tell you exactly what you need to do.
