New colors for shoes all ready patched???

How would I go about changing the colors on shoes all ready patched myself without bothering the person who made the initial patch???

For example...the And1 Rise patch has 4 colorways, if I wanted to add more colorways...how would that work?

Or...if I wanted to make the Black/Red Jordan XII's...to Black/Yellow for GP???
