hoping this new version of nba live will be a realistic one

we all know nba live03 has superior graphics than nba2k3, but in terms of gameplay of speed and realism, nba2k3 is better. I've played nba live03 in pc and it was like playing an arcade basketball or playing nba jam although you can tweak the pc version, it doesnt make sense. Playing nba2k3 in ps2 is more fun because of it's realism and u can even adjust so many things like the speed, tempo of the game, ai shooting more from inside or outside, injuries frequency, etc. I hope nba live 04 has features like this.

My hopes are up, but I have been dissappointed by EA since Live '95.

So it could go either way.

Sliders however are a huge plus, this should have been done years ago.

No need to hope Live 2004 is realistic. I can damn near confirm it is realistic. Although I'm not a EA sports employee, I did watch alot of in game video's, On ign.com just like the rest of u. After analyzing the videos very, very, very closely I saw soft dunks when the dunk was there instead of 360's off the vert, like we say in live '03. I saw Sam Cassell get down and derty on the floor for a loose ball (just proving nothing can touch the ten-man mo-cap invented by EA's basketball division). I saw a lay up alley oop, to Kevin garnett which looked so realistic it's not even funny (he did miss it realistically to). I saw The pan of the realistic American Airlines arena before the raptors played. I saw a real sponser (speed stick) for player of the game, back in the day it was Sprite one time, it was cool to see that feature come back. Last of my many discoveries I saw the pro-hop used by Mike bibby to get him an easy lay up, while flashing the baby blue 18's (jordans). Man o man is live gonna be jumping off come Oct. 14th. All i can say is "basketball is back, and boy is it better than ever".
