nba2k_eyeball_tool Usage
Install and enable nba2k_eyeball_tool
Import player model
Set:
SCNE or IFF → hihead.SCNE or related IFF
Mesh Object → head mesh name (usually hihead)
Click Capture Baseline
Click Auto Solve Centers (EyeShape + Calibrate)
(Optional) Enable Scale Helpers / Hybrid Scaling
Click Write SCNE
If Baseline: YES appears, process is successful
Export model
Installation
Blender → Edit → Preferences → Add-ons → Install → Enable plugin
