tried it, couldn't get it to switch to English even after a couple of restarts so I just deleted it.
Also starts with some sort of Ad that's in Chinese.

The issue with switching to English has been fixed.

tried to download and install

computer (MS Defender) detected it as some type of a virus

I got passed all the virus warning stuff had Malwarebytes check it out and its clean you would have to add it as a exception on windows to use it. but... I cant get it to work and the English part still doesn't work either from the download link you supplied. looks interesting but I can't get it to do anything.

going to put it on MS defender exception list so it can bypass the virus protection

I wouldn't count on a free roster editor that will let you do anything other than change player CFIDs. If you want to edit team names and stats, it will cost money.

Are there any out there that currently have this function (edit team and player stats, etc...) I dont mind paying. Just want to custom my MyLeague
