Can someone unlock FIBA teams in my roster?

Hello everyone,
When I recently discovered the roster that had unlocked FIBA teams I edited real players in and uploaded it to 2k share (username CatalanVeB btw),
but thought there were too little and they can only really play each other which is pretty limiting, but if I try to load that roster into MyNBA it'd crash. That means I could only override teams on a clean MyNBA save which obviously doesn't have those teams unlocked.
I wanted to do this myself but if I try to extract cheat engine source code zip in order to compile it in Lazarus it'd freeze every time, which along with virustotal flagging it as a trojan makes me pretty fearful of that. I decided to purge it from my pc and not try that again.
So if someone already uses CE and is not scared of it like I am can you unlock those teams (Spain, France, Greece, Australia, Philippines, USA) for me? I'd apprecietae that a lot. I'm attaching the file below.
Also one peculiar thing - Italy's jersey would work in MyNBA but not when loaded as a roster, maybe someone knows a fix for that too.
