Missing CF

For some odd reason, I'm still missing Jaylin Williams. I know he's not necessary to MyNBA since I'm playing with the Warriors, but his whole body and CF is missing. Can anyone please help here? I checked the mod folders for CFs that could be in conflict with him, checked the CF ID list, and there's no conflict. What could be the cause?
