Newbie Here/Need mod Help!!

So, I have a question. If I have the mod for all 30 courts loaded into the game and then add a single updated court will it just change that particular court? Also, I cant get the "ball mods" to work. There is no mod folder in it to drag and drop. Do I still put whatever folder is there into my "mod" folder? I'm new at this mod thing and have a lot of questions really. Anything you can tell me or direct me to, about putting in mods would be appreciated!! Also, can anyone tell me, in simplified terms how to put mods into the game? Thanks in advance!!

Not every modder creates the correct file structure for their download. Be aware. Some create a mod folder you just paste to your NBA 2K25 folder. Others leave you on your own without a readme file.

Install balls to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NBA 2K25\mods\balls

If you have one court just copy and overwrite the old file. Be careful with city/secondary/historic files. Some modders use the name of the main court. In past versions of NBA 2K these courts had a different name. So you may not want to overwrite. All main courts follow this convention. arena_014_int.iff This is the Knicks current court. The team ID is 14. Every team has a unique ID. See the Tutorials & FAQs section for team IDs.

I have a folder that I don't know exactly what its for. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NBA 2K25\mods\frontend_uniforms

Front end uniforms are the thumbnails of uniforms for when you pick them in myteam and my career modes.
